The concepts of growth represent the purely physical sense of a person, i.e. height, weight, size and
length etc.
Growth is quantitative. It starts at conception but ends at a certain age.
Development means an overall change in shape, form or structure along with
organ function. Development is both quantitative and qualitative. It is continuous
a process starting from the Womb and ending in the grave.
