Beef: 3 kg 🥩

Onion: 5 (slice Hui v) 

Ginger garlic paste: 3 tbls

Salt : 1 and half tbls

Turmeric/haldi 1 and half tbls

Lal mirch pisi Hui : 3 tbls

Dar chini: 4

Bari ilaichi: 4-5

Teez path 2-3

Kali mirch sabit: 1 & half tbls


RECIPE: 

     Sb se pehle oil garam kr k usme piyaz shamil karen halki laal hojae phr ginger garlic paste daal k bhonen us k bd sare masale or sabit garam masala daal k pakain ab is me ghost shamil kr k ghost k sath masale ko achi tarhan bhoon k pani shamil kr k ghost ko itna gala len k us k reshe hojain ... Ap cooker me hi ghost ko chamche ki madad se resha kr Len....

Jou: 1 pao 

Chane ki daal : 1 pao

Mong ki daal: half pao

Masoor ki daal : half pao

Soaked for overnight⛺
